I love what I do! I love FILM! I love knowing how to read f-stops and when to use filters so that films dont overexpose. I love the way we work with bolex cameras and edit with a razorblade and sprocket tape! I am completey thrilled with my life and feel that it can only get better!! I shoot my very first film next week and I meet with a talent agent on wednesday to look through resumes and headshots of 5 year old little girls!! I am busy! I like being busy! Especially when it's film that makes me BUSY!!! I LOVE IT!!! I have never had such a passion for it until I actually got to work with 16mm film and a bolex and f-stops and lights and my own story ideas, MINE!!! I know for a fact that this is for me!!! And just knowing that is an AMAZING feeling!!! Knowing that this is what I want to do with the rest of my life! THIS MAKES ME HAPPY!!! I AM HAPPY!!!
From today until November 5, I have 3(maybe 4) film shoots I am working on. A directing one makeup project for a film and I'm filming my friends marketing fundraiser. PLUS I have 2 films due in my Production 1 class!! My life's vocabulary of SOCIAL LIFE is FILM!!! which is fine with me...
YAY!!
I went to a recording of the STEVE WILKOS show today @ NBC!!! We got VIP tickets with pizza and front row seats! Steve Wilkos is the bald security guy from Jerry Springer who now has his own show. He seems pretty cool, and he took time to talk to his guests after the show!!! Good stuff!!!
