TRIA, Park Nicollet, MAPs, my head is spinning

I have good days and bad days, but right now is a bad day (health speaking). I've got a lot on my mind, and I'm running out of money to finance not actively pursuing real estate. I've been doing it successfully for 3 years now, but the back problems are setting me back financially, and I just found out that DR might consider switching their provider again this year (August is their decision month). I've already met my out of pocket maximums this year, and if they switch in August, that means that anything that would have been covered 100% Sept 06-Dec31,06 would be starting from scratch. My gym membership will take 2 months to kick in again, so there are $40 that are lost, just as they were lost last year for the same reason.

We've come to find out that my Nucleoplasty back surgery done in November 2005 was 1.) not something my condition would have even called for and 2.) is probably what ripped my disk open and it's been like a mushroom cloud and wrapping itself around and onto my sciatic nerve for the last 8 months or so. MAPs pain clinic thinks I'm not trying hard enough, but everyone sees me doing everything they tell me to do, go to physical therapy, go to a psychologist because "maybe I have unresolved issues that cause back pain" and still no relief after 11 steroid injections. MAPs denied me a new MRI since January, and we come to find out that I may have permanent nerve damage. hrmmm.....

anyone know any good lawyers?

Sorry I've been a dink about not writing on here and not responding to people very much. I can't stay awake with all the junk I'm on, and I'm still in a very painful stage of my recovery. So, for anyone reading this who thinks I've been terrible at responding, this would be why. I hope to be able to see and hang out with some of you sometime soon.
*hugs*

Oh, and does anyone want a master bedroom that is furnished? all utilities paid! Nice place! Hopkins - Never have to shovel snow!
