who wants to save my soul?

today was all about free pizza and public service... i went to the public interest project meeting and attended a housing/tenant rights training session, all which had free pizza! woohoo!
and to work off the free pizza, i signed up for raquetball and swimming... weee!!!!! i want to do this aerobics class, but they wouldn't let me register it without going to the class first and now its full. sad kimmi.
anyway, i'm going to make a better pitch later, but i'm seeking items to auction off at the public interest project auction. all money goes to helping law students finance working at public interest firms that don't pay over the summer. Like my volunteering right now, most of these positions provide much needed service to the homeless, poor, and elderly. we also work as prosecutors or public defenders--- think of all the legal jobs that provide a great and needed service but pay less than mcdonalds, and that's what we do! anything can be put up for auction, and its tax deductable too!~
Heather, do you know who I could speak to at the Huntington and maybe harvard :though not as likely: about donating like a set of tickets to a show? Do they do things like that? And do you know if the ice cream shop that Dave works at might do it?
The more money we raise, the more grants that go out, and the more likely that kimmi won't be working 40 hours a week at her law job and the rest of her time waiting tables to pay the rent! ;) keep kimmi in probono! save her soul from corporate law and donate to the PIP auction!
