In the dark, all that really matters is who reacts the quickest; who pulls their weapon out and gets the clean shot. Or, more times than not, the shot that splays someone’s brains across the room.
Concentration is essential. A clear mind can be all that stands between a job well done and leaving your brother behind to make funeral arrangements.
So when you step inside that old abandoned warehouse or the quarantined mines at the edge of town, make sure your shotgun is loaded with rock salt; your flask filled to the brim with holy water, and most importantly; that your brother hasn't been staying up all night watching infomercials.
