Lets see how I go today now I bought a ton of fruit and vegies yesterday.

Breakfast:
30g Balanced Right cereal (1.5 pts)
125 ml low-fat milk (1 pt)
Total: 2.5 pts

Lunch:
2 slices multigrain bread (2 pts)
2 tsp low-fat marg (1 pt)
60g tuna, drained (1 pt)
lettuce (0)
total: 4 pts

Dinner:
3 thin grilled sausages (7 1/2 pts)
mashed potato (no margarine) - (2 pts)
carrots - (0 pts)
peas/corn - (2  pts)

Snacks:
1 mandarine (0.5 pts)
1 small banana (1 pt)
1 orange (1 pt)

Total for the day: 24 points - 3 points for exercise = 21 points.

Water:
2800 ml

Exercise: 20 minutes walk (2 points)
