Deliah's Christmas Doll
I'm almost finished with my daughters doll, but with two very nosy children around, getting a finished photo will be darn near impossible (though I will try to update when I do - likely after Christmas morning)
This is my first attempt at doll knitting
I'm loving this pattern, super easy, but I have used the same mod that a friend used for her daughers doll found on ravelry here
additionally i added a 4 row short row knit on row 14 of the head shaping to give the nose a little 'pop'
The body is near complete, just one more arm (which can be knit when the children are around, it looks like the finger of a large mitten, so they haven't noticed me knitting doll pieces so far
The doll is knit bum up, the hair is completely different from the original pattern on ravelry, each stitch on the head has 2 strands of Hearth and Sole sock yarn to give the doll a fraggle type look
