*Whew!!!* Its been a very busy last few days!! Since April I've been working 80+ hrs each pay period to save money to pay for school, which will HOPEFULLY becoming to a close soon, but thats another post. So I've been working ALOT, while trying to make time for the gym and the ever present "Study Sessions". Thats been pretty much whats been happening lately...

But I have been finding time to try out new recipes and develop my own!! On Sunday after much debate and searching I decided to try my hand a a 'dim sum' type recipe....

The filling: Minced shrimp, chinese 5 spice powder, mince onion and mushrooms, chinese chives, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and a little sesame oil. And steamed in a bamboo steamer.







I was very pleased! Especially with my first attempt at making any type of dumplings.
