(no subject)
So another random entry... I think I'm just making up excuses to not get on that treadmill right now.
So anyways, the last little while has been pleasantly, well, pleasant. We got back from Kelowna on the 1st and Amanda and I went and saw the new Willy Wonka movie. I actually was surprised by it, considering I love the original movie quite a bit. Amanda was scared of the Oompa Loompas and we found quotes that would make random girl proud; however I just can't remember them right now.
The next night was our Girls Night. Three things our nights are never short of: Drama, Spice Girls and overall a lot of fun. Hehe, I'm not even gonna go into detail about it because it would take me forever. So in short, we ate 3 lbs of beef between 4 of us, played dress-up, figured out that we actually can all sing pretty well as a group, discovered a new Lisa, as well as too many other things to remember. Overall, a pretty good night... we'll get our video filmed eventually girls!
After that, the last few weeks have been one big blur... fireworks with people ended up with me, Princess and Geoff running away from everyone, then taking a detour which basically took about the same amount of time than if we had walked to the skytrain station. Geoff had a princess on each arm on the skytrain home; we missed one of our stops because we were all too comfy. "I like shadows... they make me tall." Ahh good times. :)
Cal came home early from camping so I've hung out with him quite a bit since he got home. On top of that I got to see Josh for the first time since I got home from Maui on the 22nd. I worked quite a bit in the last week or so, and then went downtown on Friday :) Yay for random downtown days with Calz. We went an saw both a free and paid-for concert, went up into the Harbour Center Tower and just aimlessly wandered. I must say it was overall a lot of fun.
But I need to close this off, go for a run, get a shower and then go out with Amanda. So that's all for now!
