sleepy, yet accomplished
I am so tired I could just curl up in a ball and sleeeeep the day away. I woke up at Tom's at 5:45 to get to the track to meet Jess at 6:15 and was totally early, so did a few laps on my own so I could leave early. Booted it home to get changed, realizzed my makeup bag and work info were at TOm's so booted it back to his to get my stuff, shower and change. So, I stopped by good old Timmy Ho's for coffee and muffins. He was so happy. It is nice having a boyfriend who is so easy to please!!
Got ready in record time and we had 15 minutes to snuggle on the couch. Gotta love that :) I had a morning garden tour which was really just a chauffeur job, but it is really grey out, so I was pretty tired by the time i finished at 1. I went back to T's to eat lunch (hey, I cooked dinner, I was eating leftovers! Plus, it is closer) and then went to Ev and Len's (my boss, Patricia, her parents) to help them out with some cleaning for a few hours, and then went back to T's so he could fix my car. Turns out Brian bought the wrong parts, so Tom had to get new ones. what a gong show. I ended up crashing out on the couch for an hour, and now I am cleaning at my other boss, Val's place. Just needed a 5 minute break.
Am poooooped. And need to go get my car, eat dinner (Tom is cooking... fixing car and cooking dinner, what a keeper!) and then go home and do some laundry. Looks like another late night, and tomorrow is a 12 hour south okanagan tour. Yikes! So far Friday looks like it might actually be free, which means being in Vancouver early. Yay!!!!
