Can somebody tell me just when I grew up? I was looking over pictures a little bit ago and wow, I am shocked. None of us look anything like we do now, and I know for a fact we are all completely different people today than we were back then too. Isn't that crazy? How much we've all changed and matured? What we've been through, what we're going through? It's completely mind blowing. You never think about yourself being any different year to year. But you change and mature so much. All of us do. We might not realize it right away, but sometimes it takes looking back in your photo album to see that you've become a completely different person- not necessarily in the sense that you change your values or what's most important in your lives..., but other things. You might become more settled into what you believe in, or you might finally make a decision you were debating over for years and stick with it. You might change your opinion on different issues now that you've become more experienced and more mature, and you begin to feel more comfortable just being you. You find out that it's ok- infact, it's better than ok. It's perfect and you wouldn't (shouldn't) want it any other way. I just want to say that I am so blessed that I have been able to have all the experiences I have encountered this far in my life, and I'm really excited about what's to come- a little hesitant about the bad stuff, but def excited about the good stuff. I am so thankful I have all my friends that have stuck by me over the years...I am so blessed to have you all and to have thep leasure of knowing you all intimately and being influenced by you all and seeing everyone grow up. We still have a lot to do, but I think we've done a lot too and it's something to think about for sure. Even though it doesn't seem like it a lot of the time, we really are blessed even for the bad experiences, or more like the tough experiences. Without them, we wouldn't be able to grow up so much and gain so much more wisdom. Here's to the rest of our lives- may they be long and full of experiences that help us to grow even more into mature and wise people. Sorry guys, this entry is a little corny, buuuuut, you know you enjoyed it all the same ;) Love ya'll.
