Whew! Chris is a lovely fun and bad influence. I bought a corset I wanted on sale with shipping at 70.99 from Fredericks. Now just try not to buy anything else for awhile to counterbalance it. Ahhhhh! I'm excited for it to get here and can't wait to try it on. I rarely order anything online so yay for Chris. Someday I should get use to this 'net shopping thing. I ordered this one from Fredericks:
http://www.fredericks.com/product/whats+hot/clearance+and+sale/corset+sale/hollywood+dream+corset.do in peacock. I though the color looked really spiffy. Teehee, first a bathrobe on sale from there and now a corset. I'm lovin' Fredericks.

I meanwhile have Cross Country then in the evening for practice (no more 6am! Yay!) though I probably will have to run on my own for Wednesdays considering I late I get out. Still not bad. I'm doing okay so far running to the Monument takes about half an hour (about 2 miles). I really need to get faster on those hills. That's my greatest problem is getting up those. I talked to Ken about the proper way to run uphill given I kept feeling intense pressure on my knees. Otherwise I just need to wait 'till I'm in shape enough to be able to have my shoulders stop being on fire. Our first meet looks to be the 1st of September at SUNY - Cobleskill so we'll see how it goes. We're pretty small still, but we need only two more girls for a full team, which isn't bad at all! Heh, Kyle is the only one who showed up for Preseason for the guys. I think Keith is still going to do it though and I'm going to bug Nick if I see him about it. Chris has been thinking about running too. I think some just weren't able to show for Preseason since the new Coach did send out the notice pretty late. Still, he's doing alrighty so far. We also don't have a homegame this time around and he's giving us the 6th of October off too! Liz wants to have a girls weekend in Burlington (though the guys will probably come too) then. She apparently found lots of things she wants to dress me up in there. I think it'd be really fun to do. That'll just leave all of us to get together at some point at Chris's place for a weekend, which would probably be sometime early November 'less I have a game cancelled. I really really hope we do considering Chris is graduating with an Associates in Business this December! It'll be weird not having him here for my year and half left to go of college.
I started looking around a lil bit at Grad schools. I have a few websites for places on the West Coast and one or two for the South. I'm going to order a book about Grad School picking for an MFA in Creative Writing once I find out what the new credit card number is. I figure that'll be really handy. Heh, people keep telling me I still have this year to go, but I'm just really nervous about all of this! I really really would love to go to Grad School and sometimes have been freaking out when I look at the websites wondering if I have what it takes to get accepted at some of these places. If anyone else has some suggestions to the West or South of good grad schools for Creative Writing MFA let me know!
I'm also right now debating on whether or not I really will do workstudy this semester. I was pretty much saying, "Oh I'm gunna do workstudy if I can, I'm gunna do workstudy if I can!" Now I've started looking at my schedule and wondering already if I have too much on my plate because two classes are long term things I'll be working on that are really really hard to do last minute. That and from what I heard lots of positions are already filled up considering federal gets first dibs after all. Still, I mean, after saying all that time I'm going to if I can (which would just be college if so) now I'm starting to think if its such a good idea this semester. I dunno, I figured I'd see how the first week or so goes and then think again on seeing about workstudy.
Also I need my eating schedule to get somewhat better. I've been snacking away in my room, which is really driving me batty. Heh, I was bitching about it to Tiff and she joked, "Maybe you're pregant." So I replied back, "Nope, closest way would be you're somehow ESPing me part of your cravings for food." I think its because I've been so on and off about eating regularly. That should be fixed up soon as classes start thankfully.
I'm still looking for a place off campus. Still within the Bennington area given Hoosik Falls, while I heard has great prices is at least 20mins away and that would be hell in the spring time driving. I'm actually going to check out this place called Nathaniel's Court again today when I go to get milk. I saw a for rent sign there on a townhouse, but the number was wrong apparently. Otherwise my number is floating out around there a bit and I might have potential roomies so long as everything sticks. Sam would need to be next year is the thing though since Spring she would still be a Sophmore and I'm really hoping to find a place come spring semester. Otherwise Pete said he'd be up for being roomies, which I think I could handle and he heard about someplace that's not to far off. Lol, frankly I just can't be too picky on roomies anyways and I'm just clapping my hands over the fact I found two maybes. I'm wanting to ideally get a place by Spring semester since depending on the lease I might need to stay over the summer. Which could work anyways now that I heard the other wedding I'm in next year got moved to June. I'm waiting for pictures of the bridesmaid dresses to be sent to me since I heard it changed. Its about $100 a piece aka $200 apparently. Joe said though one of the other bridesmaids thought the top would be great for clubbing, so at least part of it is wearable again at some point. Otherwise I'm just wearing the silver shoes I need for Tiff's wedding and Joe is giving us the jewlery. Meanwhile we don't know about hairstyles yet as things are. I'm hoping that maybe the dress could be found somehow for cheaper or something. Otherwise my mother is going to complain about the cost of it. I just know she will. I'm hoping to get more nanny jobs in the coming breaks (Thanksgiving and X-mas) to be able to counterbalance the costs hopefully. I made out like a bandit after all over the summer doing that. So hopefully if I do find myself home for the holidays instead of somewhere else I'll be making plenty of cash. I figure if I find myself watching either the Wilsons and/or Pattons again I should be able to get the amount for the bridesmaid dress in a few sittin's. We'll see though, either way I think my mother will not be happy about how much I'd need to spend on it, even if I could find it for 75% off.
Hell Daniel asked me, "Why do you even come home?" Considering I'm only back for around three months outta the year.
I'm going to head out now for milk and to check out that place now. All because I'm thinking about a nap when I get back if I don't stop being sleepy.
