Short and sweet
Really quick update! Here it comes...
A girl I went to college with, Emily, is visiting WDW for a week with her friend Bethany. Emily and I did theatre together. The three of us hung out one day and it was pleasant. Emily is starting an attractions CP this August, so we'll probably see more of each other. Well, poor Bethany got sick. All of their dining reservations are prepaid through their parents, so they really can't miss any of them. So Emily called me last night and asked if I would join her for lunch today at CINDERELLA's ROYAL TABLE!! (Reservations there are next to impossible.) I've only eaten their once, many years ago, so I am completely jazzed!
So, off to MK!
- I GOT A SECOND JOB!! I'm going to be a part-time tutor for the Sylvan Learning Center. Training/observing starts Monday and I'll probably start tutoring some time next month. It's only a few hours a week, but I'm excited! The pay is better than Disney and this job is actually in the same field as my degree. I don't feel like I wasted four years anymore. Yay!
- Not many hours this week (about 12), but a good schedule for next week...plus two workshops.
- I'm getting excited about next week...a lot of fun is coming my way. Some nerves too, but this is way overdue and I can't wait.
- I'm trying to stay strong and positive because it seems like so many people I know are going through rough patches. I want to be a strong support for them.
- Had a really fun day at Epcot on Tuesday...went character hunting around World Showcase and even met the Snow Prince!! (Pics to come when I have time to post them.)
