"I'm wishing..."
It's past 1am, so this is going to be short and sweet...I hope.
I'm surviving. I've had a couple of rough days and I don't know what's going on. I'm impatiently waiting for Sylvan to call me back so I can find out if I have a second job. Until then, I don't want to pick up anything because I don't want to be working when Sylvan "wants" to train me. So it's been a lot of sitting at home, twiddling my thumbs, and being down.
Star Wars Weekends auditions were today. (Hard to believe it's that time already.) A few friends got kept back. I didn't...no surprise. I never go in expecting it, so I'm hardly ever disappointed.
Midsummer rehearsal went really well and I'm excited for Saturday. Rob is in charge of the fairy makeup and wings! Couldn't be happier! I also told the stage manager I'd like to help with tech crew, so we'll see where that leads. (Again, though...all depends on Sylvan.)
I'm about ready to stop cooking for the rest of my life. I've set off the smoke detectors twice this week because people spill things in the burners and don't clean them. I'm always the one who cleans the stove. Yes, I do cook more than anyone, but that doesn't mean I'm the only person who uses the stove. I've also gotten lazy again with eating out and not working out. Not only will I be in debt if I don't start watching my spending, I'm going to put my weight back on. *insert Charlie Brown "ARGH!" here*
Oh, and as long as we're frustrated...fun news for other people in the company who aren't me. Casting went on a spree today, calling people for training and for full-time. I now know a few people learning day parade...and Ben, Sarah, John, and Jonathon all got called for full-time today. I couldn't be happier for them. (They're all stilt-walkers.)

I got to Skype with Josh tonight! We talked on webcam for over an hour...and it was so much fun. I miss him so much...haven't seen him in nearly two months. We talked about school, work, vacations, possibilities of hopping another cruise when he comes back down, and tons of things. lol...we played show-n-tell with our cross stitch projects. :) It was like old times...and I've missed it so much!!! And then my webcam went on strike and my computer doesn't recognize it. I'm hoping when I restart the computer that I'll be just fine.
Anyway, bedtime. Cat's baby shower is tomorrow! ...and another day of sitting around, waiting for Sylvan.
