Grrr! Happy mood gone!
My really happy mood has been stomped on.
Work is doing my head in. There is 2 coaches in the dept me included in that. We have 2 systems on 2 different lines coming in - These have just been merged so we have one telephone number -This means over the last weeks i have been training ppl to learn both systems. The lines merged on mon - Now everyone is asking for help andthe other coach Chris is sat there playing about on the internet ignoring everyone. Grrr! Told him what i thought but he ignored me as well, managers are in a meeting as well. Grrr!
Why be given a role if you aint gonna do it?
