Sniffing Highlighters and Eating Gluesticks..
Hey hey hey. Yeah I know I am super bored at work, when I KNOW that I have shit to do. I just cannot seem to make my brain cooperate with myself. If that made any sense at all I am dually impressed.
I can't believe all the drama that is floating around me right now. Drama stresses me out. I NEED to get into my apartment. One of the bathrooms has a bathtub!! I am sooo excited because that is what I really REALLY want right now. A long hot bath in the quiet of my apartment, then being able to get out, wrap a towel around myself, head into my room, close the door, and crawl into my nice new QUEEN sized bed that I am buying myself, and sleeping. Yes, sleeping butt ass naked. I cant do that at home, but I love to. I mean sometimes in the morning when nobody is home, I will crawl back into bed after my shower and sleep for a few more minutes. It's so relaxing for some reason. Don't ask lol. I am going off on a tangent and cant help myself.
We have a fireplace and our own washer and dryer right in the room. Which by the way is a rare comodity in apartments. Normally they just dont have any, or they have a laundry room that everyone can use in the basement. Not cool. No but we have one and we have heat included. The only thing left to pay is the utilities, and water, and maybe internet/cable but im not sure. So it comes out to about $800 a month I am thinking. So it's $400 each for me and Linds. I dont care. I cant wait. I am sooooo looking forward to having my own place again. Although I must admit the is a few steps up from dorms, but still. I can't wait to cook and clean my apartment, and be able to sit outside on our HUGE balcony! I can't wait to decorate it for XMAS either!!!!! hehehe YAY! I'm going to get Xmas lights and stuff like that to put on the balcony and maybe around the apartment. Ya, I have my priorities straight. No furniture yet, but I am thinking about Xmas decorations haha.
The chick at the apartments was trying to give me ideas to earn credit since I have none. She said that I could go to like Art Van and get a credit card just for there. And when she said that, Lindsay was like "YAY! We can buy furniture then!!!!"
HELLLLLL NOOOO! We are not buying NEW furniture on my card. I dont think so. Kelly has a news paper from UM that has listings of people selling their furniture for cheap. I'm gonna buy a couch maybe. That way, when my lease is up, Linds and I dont have to fight over furniture if we both paid for it.
Well, I got to get going again. I'm gonna go to the DZ house to do something with the girls. Then I might head over to Kelly's place to hang out with her since she's been sick and bored. I miss hanging out with my girl anyhow. Next fall Kelly and I are getting an apartment too!!! YAY! FUN TIMES!
