See the picture (a couple up from where he is grinding the girl) where you can see his red body outfit up close and in detail? See the metal mask he is holding? He puts that over his face, or over a girls face from the audience and then gets a circular saw type of thing and then ... dun dun na na! ... grinds her face ;)
