100 Things Preview/Update
I've decided not to post my 100 Things for about another week and a half. Around the 18th or so. But I am going to do a preview right now of the first 15:
100 Things You Probably Didn’t Know About Me (December ’04)
**PREVIEW**
1. I wish I was a better friend to Deirdre and Jessica.
2. Deirdre reminds me of Avril Lavigne, even though I haven’t seen her in almost two years.
3. I wish I was more athletic.
4. I don’t think I look like Jahyra.
5. I often wonder what would happen if I had a boyfriend.
6. I hate being late, for anything.
7. The new Mario song reminds me of Karl.
8. I can’t stand it when I read a book and my mom asks me if I understood it.
9. I can never have enough pairs of jeans.
10. Or underwear.
11. Or socks.
12. Tina got me stuck on buying underwear constantly.
13. Laura is my new dancing buddy.
14. I could live off Taco Bell.
15. Reema and I once went over all our favorite characteristics and described the perfect guy.
Yeah so there's my preview. And now for some updates on the last two days:
Monday: A pretty okay day. School went by slowly as usual. Mr. Sakowich did not have our grades, that bastard. I got an 87% on the Chem test. Not bad. And two of the mistakes were stupid ones. So technically I could've gotten a 95 or so but hey what can you do. I'll take my grade happily. I got a 90% on the SS test. That's good. A lot better than the last two tests where I got an 80 on both. Mrs. Ondris informed us of a project that we have to do and I'm actually excited about it because it doesn't seem that hard. And it's only the advanced class that's doing it but it gives me a major chance to raise my average. I like the idea of how we get to choose our own date. I think it should be due the day after vacation. Everyone is probably going to end up doing it over the break or on the last week anyway. But I promised myself yesterday that as soon as I get my topic (which is on Friday), I was going to buy my poster board and all my supplies so that way I don't have to run out and get shit the day before it's due. I was going to have all my stuff ready and then I would start the research. Other than that, school was okay. Except English. Animal Farm, ugh. That was the gayest movie. The best part was when the ducks and geese started singing. I was laughing so much.
Today: Another okay day. Bad hair day though. Chemistry was fun. I stole Mr. Sexton's pass, changed the clock, threw sodium chloride shits or whatever they were all over the classroom with Alex, danced with Law, copied people's work. It was fun. He's so clueless. English... ugh. Ms. Walsh gave us a project due next week. But I like my group though. (Matt and La-Vonna.) I think we're going to do a really good job. I'm doing the Math project with Jee. So that should be fun too. I forgot when our project is due though. Oh well. Work was type fun. I hate Scott though. HATE HATE HATE him. He's such a fruit. I think I'm leaving things out but I don't know... Oh yea. On my Criminal Justice test... Sakowich said that the highest grade was an 82. That test was really hard though. So he said he was going to raise everyone's grade about 10 points or so. I think I got around an 80... which means around a 90... which means I'm definitely in for the field trip in January! Wootz!
Oh randomn!! I got 15 offers from colleges in the past two days. I think they're from the applications Ms. Walsh gave us a while back. I really want my Job Shadowing thing back. Me and Fatema were talking about it today and omg we're dying to know wtf we're doing. I want to do Lawyer stuff SOOOO bad! I wish there was dancing because me and Law would've put that as our first, second, and third choices. That would be so amazing but of course, the jobs were shitty. Half the people aren't going anyway. Whatever. I got my eyebrows done today and it's about time lol. I feel sexy now! =] Lol yeah so I'm about done here.
