65: So far in my life.
My life so far, has been one journey. I'm still baffled on how I've met the people I've met, made friends with the people I've made friends with, and made it this far in my life. I've had more people that expected me to fail, than the handful of people that want me to make it. Those handful of people mean the world to me. A thank you, couldn't express how much they mean to me.
So far in my life:
I've met my heroes, and some of them I've been lucky enough to call a friend. Learned how to make pizza, do hair, & fold clothes. Managed to have three jobs at the same time. Been heartbroken. Fell in love with one of the most amazing people. Have some of the most amazing friends, best friends, brothers, sisters, uncles, & family. Made it through school. Been knocked down on the ground, and managed to get right back up. Learned to forgive and forget when it was the hardest. Kept my head on straight. Stayed drug free. Been stubborn for all the right reasons. Had my late nights & early mornings. Saw the sunrise, & set. Lost people I cared about the most. Never stopped giving up. Etc.
I know it's not over yet, but I want to be able to look back on my life and be proud of all the things I've been through and done to get where I'm at. Each time I reflect on things I can truly say I am proud given the different events that have been thrown at me since I was born. It's what keeps me going. It's what wakes me up in the morning, and what I fall asleep knowing I've accomplished.
Nobody can take this away from me, except for me.
