Trampolines aren't as super as I've made them out to be...

So.

I kinda dislocated my sister's knee.

We were on the trampoline, y'see, and she was laughing and we were getting along and such. And I know that it was technically more that I was there while her knee dislocated rather than I caused it, but still. It apparently hurts a lot a lot (thanks for that info, other Roisin :p), so she did lots of yelling when it happened. I assumed she'd just hit her knees together or something, but nope, there had to be a huge bulge in her knee when my mum pulled her trouser leg up. So we called the doctor and after me staying as long as my parents would let me before us stopping back home and them going back to the hospital without telling me, Roisin (my sister) was in a big knee-cast. For six weeks. I'm going to be a terrible father. I will indirectly sort of cause all of my children's deaths. She did however demand that I be the first to sign her cast, since I was there with her for most of it, which is pretty much the most adorable thing ever.

Other things. I'm going on a boat this Saturday, with my family, down the Shannon. Or up it, I'm not too sure. It should be nice and relaxing, so long as the weather isn't terrible. I will of course bring a bunch of books and a DS and other games consoles just in case it's super boring. Oh, also, if anyone wants to come, even for some of it (we're coming back next friday), contact me and I'll get you infos and stuff. Not that I really expect anybody to be able on such short notice, but 'twould be fun. Cat was originally meant to come but unavoidable plans sprung up. But that just means we'll have to eventually hijack our own boat and go up/down our own Shannon.

Party was a few days ago now. It was really really good to see people again. Old old scary movies were watched, which invoked fear in Liz and confusing AZN-racism in all of us. In fairness, none of the characters in the original Grudge are distinguishable from one another. Wii was played, on which Liz made a Mii that kind of makes me scared to go into the games room any more. Alcohols were drunk, but not enough for any of us to get loud and annoying, which was nice. We went on the trampoline, but that was back before it was a DEATH TRAP. Saw Ali and Jeb the next day, in between which I took out an organic chemistry book and lighting struck trinity. That was awesome. I go now.
