I did NOT think a lot of things over, and I am currently fucking myself sideways! Always fun.
First, I did not make a copy of the photo page of my passport application. This was one of the things I needed to have, along with my receipt from it. I have the receipt, but not the other part. This is essential for my Understanding Japan program in May
Second, I spent nearly a grand over break. Over $500 was on gifts, my passport (that might not matter anymore anyway), getting me out of legal charges with my old bank, and turning my cell phone back on. So thusly, I am going into my poor man's stage. Right now in my personal account there is $0.00, and that will change to $150.00. However, that is money I will not allow myself to touch.
Third, I thought that after interim, we would be allowed to stay up here. I was greatly mistaken. We are kicked out the 20th, and have to come back the 29th. I could not allow myself to touch that money because that money is going to get me home, and probably back, someway or another. The only problem with this is, I told everyone they wouldn't see me until March (which is when my spring break is). Now, I can buy myself a bus ticket back. However, I really don't want to bus my way up there. This brings me to the point where I need to ask someone in my family if they can truck me up there. I hope they don't mind and don't see it as an inconvenience. I know my mom kind of is. I really just, you know, screwed up. Hopefully everyone will be understanding.
Funny, how my panic of me possibly not going to Japan anymore, turned to all of this shit. Thankfully, I e-mailed the head of the foreigntravels department, and told her my problem. I hope to god, whichever one will do, that this can be sorted out. q
