I'd have to say thoose were some of the best fireworks that the city of Duluth have had in awhile. I love traditions especially in my family. Every year we hit up the M&H gas station and then a few of us go down to the carnival. We spend way too much money on this one game and win about 2 dollars in prizes, and then walk back down. I was talking to my cousin about how the walk down there when we were little seemed so LONG. Like it took us a decade to get to. I dont know if it was just that we were so little or that we were anxious because we usually got to go on one ride. Time has flown by so fast. It seems like yesterday it was July 4 of last year. By this time next year I will be finished with my first year of college. As much as i want it to come fast I dont want things to go too fast. Slow down on the good things and speed up on the bad things, is that possible? I'll ponder on that while I sleep tonight. HAPPY 4th everyone!!
