Fall Out Boy 5-9-09
So, I got there around 6 AM. And made a bunch of friends. We blew up balloons and released them near the buses. Met Vicky-t in Target. Anyway, the fucking security was pissing us off bc they made a new line blah blah ~unfair~
So we all rush in, get our bracelets. I was 3 behind barricade for most of the show.
I had dead center too.
The order was Hey Monday, Metro Station, All Time Low, Cobra Starship then Fall Out Boy. Pete came out and sang with Casasdedede during HM. I didn't take any pix during their set. Then Metro Station came on; Trace shouldn't talk. Ever. He is so fucking skinny, as thin as a twig. I don't remember their setlist, but horseface was spinning his guitar around, and it looked like he went with it he's so small. All Time Low came on, and it was almost a disappointment. Alex didn't seem sick, but him and Jack didn't do their little banter. I also don't remember their set list, they played weightless blah blah. I left half way thru Cobra bc I was being shoved back and I'm short so breathing was getting harder. They started with The City Is At War, and I couldn't see most of the time but everytime I caught a glimpse Gabe was touching VIcky-t. And Ryland found a pink bra and he's like "~o look at dis bra~" and Gabe goes, "i think that was meant for all time low, look it says Gaskarth on it."
I left then and went to merch. Fucking expensive, bc its american apparel shit. I just got shorts. So I met up with my friend b4 fob, and then a song into fob this tall ass mother fucker almost knocked me over and out of no where i got pissed. So I ended up farther up into the crowd. And by the encore I had barricade. But all the way to the right, so when pete came into the crowd for Saturday He was a bit away. Five song encore, I was a little surprised.FOB's set wasn't that great. I've only seen them three times, but I liked them better before 08. They came out dressed in suits and shit. Then came back out in the gear idk go to petes blog you'll see it. But no one came out. LIke Suarez did for ten min, but the cops wouldn't let anyone else. Pete's dog died, and everyone just went to AK.
Five song encore, I was a little surprised.
