drum expo
today was pretty much the scariest thing i've ever done. I dont get nervous for anything and i was scared to go to this. i complained and whined but that just made ppl make me go. in case ur wonderin today was where we learned the finale for the drum competition next saturday...crystal lake was the only middle school there and the people teaching us the cadence were from Bethune Cookman and the cadence we played was their music for next year...it was pretty hard. and to make matters worse, i was the only person from my drumline to play snare so i was all alone....it was scary. And i aint kno we were gonna be outside so im weraring jeans and a t-shirt and the weather at 10 in the morning was pretty cool. but at about 2 in the afternoon it starts heating up and i got soooooo burned....on one side of my body. my arm and about half my neck is completely red. IT HURTS! but anyways, the cadence we play is pretty cool so if any of yall wanna see me play come to deerfield next weekend from 4-7 pm. but if you want to go u have to buy tickets, and i think they're like $10 or sumthin but there mor expensive if u but them at the gate or whatever. but yall should come... i might go to wannado city tomorrow!! it'll be so much fun! but like i would be going with delaney and a bunch of her friends....kinda weird. lol. i dunno. supposedly the uniform for crystal lakes drumline ( as mike and nick decided) is white dickies, green t-shirt and a yellow headband. yall makin me spend MY money to buy that stuff??? anyways me and my brother went lookin for the white dickies and they aint have none in my size at the store we went to and they green shirts was ugly...so if i cant find this "uniform" ima come in wearing whatever i feel like...hahahaha. nah, im j/k. ima do my best to find it. Deerfield seems to think that going to pompano is like the craziest idea EVER...me and michael musta been asked like 9 time why we want to go there stead of deerfield. lol. we would just start laughin erytime sumone asked. OMG! me and my brother had to stop at the store to get some hamburger buns for my mom and we saw this EXREMELY drunk guy dancing down the sidewalk. it was too funny. he was just throwin his hands erywhere and then like touching his toes and singing to ppl that passed him..we coulnt stop laughing,. between that and my brothers messed up car..dont even ask.
