I don't wanna come back down from this cloud.
This weekend was absolutely awsome, one of the best weekend i've had in a long time. Friday i got to go out and get wrapping for Walter's birthday present, which was really simple wrapping paper, plain white actully, i also got some really pretty ribbon, one of them was like leaves, and the other was a really cute vine pattern, and i wrapped the present, and then drew on the wrapping paper. Now because i'm a dork, i drew the tree of life symbol, the spell symbol for gurn, and in lumalier i wrote "Happy Birthday Walter <3 Wendy", then to finish it off i put my simple vine doodles on the corners. Most time ever spent *just* wrapping a present, and all in all most time i've ever put into a birthday present, i made the blanket i gave him, that only took about 5 hours-ish. Then the wrapping took about 2 just for the sheer fact i would get up and run out or the room during like the first 30 minutes i tried drawing (tried meaning didn't start just yet). It was worth it though, Walter even kept the wrapping paper! ::giddy giggles::, i wasn't expecting that, but i'm really glad he kept it for the only reason being i spent quite a bit of time drawing and just ingeneral wrapping the gift. He like his blanket which made me VERY happy, i saw the fabric, knew it was the only leafy fleece they had, and didn't know if it was really pretty enough, the other side of the blanket was and easy pick, same exact color as on the back of my blanket (go figuare, the only color that looked right). Then i went out on Thursday and got the soundtrack to Cruel Intentions, i thought that was only fair since i introduce him the the movie night before his graduation, accidentally leave it with him, and as a result he has the opening song stuck in his head for weeks straight (Muahaha!)Plus i love the song track i think it's awsome, i had to spread the joy :) As for the party, AWSOME! (Shit with all the good parties i've been going to lately i think i just might become the party girl kind) I got to his house like on hour early, due to my mom wanting me out of the house and out of traffic (instead of rush hour, there was an accident, go figuare right?)So i got to help with making food and getting ready for the party. Then Walter got home, and people started getting there, and when Drew showed up we all sparred, i heart sparring with Drew! I never got to do it enough these days, i got to do some one on one with him, it was awsome, he was fighting with me and holding a conversation on my fighting style with everyone else there, i felt in a dorky nerdy sense honored! :D I deffinatly need to hang out with Mr.Drew more often! (i find myself saying that too often, about so many people!)We sparred for a good long while, and i'm feeling it today, sooo sore! my legs and back are the worst off (it was worth it!)After sparring i got some food and sat in a conversation about all our heros in Avalon, Matt James, Mike Owen, even Adam Luthi. After that i went down to watch all the people play DDR, it was crazy! They had two of the pad thingies going at once!Madness! I promised D'neal i would take a shot of some wreched shit with him the next time we are at a party together, and i got to talk to Rob (Tagnard) randomly, mostly about scars tattoos, and how i dress. lol, it was actually really funny, i'm told to dress more girly, tehehe. Well after a while we opened presents and stuffed our faces with cake (just before Marie hurt her foot, it sucked), then a large group of people left, and only a few showed up. Eventually, Me, Chad, Walter, Walter's cousin, and Michael all went to Denny's, it was awsome, it was soo packed, mostly with drunk people. Then we came home and in a few very short minutes went to bed (not sleep mind you) first i tickled Walter, definatly won! Of course it's my job to keep Walter up for hours tickling him and such :D. Prolly the best night of sleep i've had in another short while, followed by the best morning ever. Waking up and just getting to lay there for a while was really nice, usually i have to wake up and run out the door or something. Granted i had to hurry home at somepoint, so didn't compair to how awsome getting to just be lazy and lay there was. And all and all, i would have to say Walter's birthday party was one of the best parties i've ever been too, there was absolutly NO drama! It's so hard to escape that, and it was sucessfully avoided. So i think that makes his party the only party i've gone to with no drama. And i couldn't have had a better experience while i was leaving a party, i got in the car gave a quick look to my direction in my journal, put my glasses on and drove off, then i turned the music up and it was Bitter Sweet Symphony.. If you have seen the movie Cruel Intentions, you'd understand why i thought it humorous. i'm driving in a car, there is a journal in the seat next to me and then i just put my glasses on 2 seconds before. I was in such a good mood right then, so i thought it quite funny... Well i'm home now, kinda sad such an awsome weekend had to come to an end, but all things do i suppose. I think i'm going to run out to the store and get a coffee... Maybe after a shower though.. It's funny how i only seem to drink coffee when the timming is so not right, it's like Midnight is the only time i really seem to want it. I don't know most people seem to like it in the morning that it's just kinda unusual.. well there is my random thought of the day, or night... take your pick!
