Because... I've always wanted to play her onstage, but for that you need to be able to dance on pointe... and I've only taken like 2 years of ballet. *sniff*

That her favorite group of young ballerinas to tutor is the 11-13 year-olds just beginning pointe.

before coming here, she's been travelling through the french countryside for four days, meaning to go see a relative in the provinces, and then try and set up a little life of her own for a little while. Establish her independence.

Seeing as there would probably be a Priest at her bedside, she'd probably be saying the Hail Mary.
