My Christmas can be summed up in these two anecdotes:
First, Christmas morning, I found two gray hairs. I'm now a gray-haired woman. I didn't even pluck them. Those bastards are staying there for a while.
Second, my uncle just got back from Cuba, where he was some sort of veteranairy ambassador or something. This was his second trip within the year or so, and this time, he met Fidel Castro. And Fidel Castro handed him a box of Cuban cigars. And those Cuban cigars made it to our Christmas celebration. So after dinner, my dad, two uncles, brother, two cousins and I climbed the ladder to my little cousins' treehouse (in the pouring rain) and smoked Cuban cigars. From Fidel. Definitely one of the highlights of 2005.
