I can't... I can't believe it! I just got a letter in the mail today... They're inviting me to speak... to speak at a big dessert conference! It's up in Tokyo later this spring. They want me to give a panel about... about creativity in cooking. I... I'm nervous... I'm scared... I really should go... I mean, it'll give a really good name to Creamylicious...
Gosh, so much to think about. I'm glad the conference isn't for a little while. So I have some time to think... and figure out what I'd even say!
