Remember that one time in San Francisco...
Wowsers...I have not updated in ten thousand years!!!! My life has just been a lil crazy lately, I feel like although I have wrapped up the school year and quit my job that I have been busier than I have been all year, which is sure saying alot!!! Let's see...the wedding is two weeks from tomorrow, crazy huh? I am going to be Mrs. Tesera Tierney...hehe, HOW FUUUUUN!!!! I can hardly wait I am sooooo excited! It has gotten to the point where all the fun wedding plans are taken care of and I am just ready for it to be here!!! Yesterday Blake got our marriage license and added my name to his bank accounts, it still all seems so crazy...time has flown by so fast, and I know that the wedding will come and go in no time.
Here is a quick update on what I have been up to (well the big stuff)
May 29th was my birthday, it was great. I spent half the day with my mom and sisters, we went to lunch and to the movie "Raising Helen" which was really cute. Then later in the early afternoon Blake picked me up and we went miniature golfing, to dinner, and to Pechanga(where we lost all out money :( hehe) That week was my last week of work, and I worked hard on wedding stuff, looking at apartments with Blake, and just other random stuff. Last saturday was my bridal shower, Lisa, and Corisa threw it for me, and it was GREAT! There were over 50 people there, which is kinda insane for a bridal shower, but it was fun. It was very kick back mingle with brunch, and all that jazz...I got an insane amount of gifts....it was like another wedding, we got soooo much stuff. So many people were just so generous, it was really really nice. Straight from the shower and hustled home to pack and left for the airport to fly out to San Francisco with my mom and Corisa.I actually hadnt been there since when the HHS choir department went my junior year....hehehehe that was a funny trip...crazy crazy!!!! hehe! Anywho, we flew in at about 5:00pm and caught the musical "Hairspray" that night-it was really cute, very 60's do wop, fun! Then we were in San Fran until tuesday evening and we mostly shopped around Union Square, and went to fishermans wharf and stuff(I had a bunch of gift certificates from my birthday, so I got lots of new clothes!) My mom worked during the day, she was there as a faculty member for a national judges conference on domestic violence, so she did her thing during the day, then we would meet up at night for dinner, and to hang out a little bit. It was really a fun time. We got home late Tuesday night, and I had a flt to Utah wednesday morning, but it didnt work out so I could go, it was way sad, I wanted to see everyone and be able to hang out one last time before the wedding....but it just didnt work out that way I guess! Since I arrived home from San Fran I have just been getting lots of stuff done, trying to get all the bazillion things accomplished before the wedding, worrying about money, packing, and having a grand 'ol time! Tonight Blake, Erin and I are going to go see Zack's show "Blood Brothers" out at UCI, I am way excited, I have seen the show twice before in London, and it really is a great story...I am excited!! Alrighty I am off.... :)
