(no subject)
It's sunny today. I'm always amazed at the difference in energy level we all get this time of year in Alaska. I consider myself to be a pretty bad house keeper. I always focus on the organization of what's inside the cabinets and stuff instead of the big picture. But I have officially run out of closets, cabinets, pantries, floors, appliances, and rooms to clean and organize. It took much less effort and time this year to get it all done, so I think that means I'm getting better at staying on top of everything. Even laundry. The laundry is completely caught up including all the extra sheets and blankets in the closets. I'm sure the crawl space is ridiculous, but that's Dana's area. Plus I don't think I could get down there very well just now.
I'm at a loss for what to do about Jonah this week. He's been over the top emotinal about EVERYTHING for over a week. I would have thought he would have come down with something or gotten over it by now. He just constantly whines and cries at me all day long. He cried at work last night because there was an orange lid on a red marker. He was inconsolable. They had to bring him to me, where he cried for 10 more minutes about it. I've tried letting him nap as long as he wants, having him eat healthier, snuggling him more, playing with him more, getting him outside... Nothing is helping. Now I just yell......... We'll go swimming today before nap time.
