Awsome News!
Awsome news my wonderful LJ peeps. Bleeding Rose: The Beginning Of The Eagle Valley Chronicles(the novel I've been in the process of writing) has been sold and is being published! Isn't it a wonderful thing? I'm totally excited! Also I'm dreading the workload ahead of me when the novel is actually printed. You can't leave everything up to the publisher sooo extra work calling stores and talking to the managers and owners to see if they'd sell the book there or let me have a signing. I know I can do it and all its just I don't want to get my hopes up.
I'm hoping it goes well. And recently I've picked up a third job. Yes a third. Avon Rep, Author and now HOUSE CLEANER. Its 60 dollars straight cash to clean a friend of mines house twice a week. She buys Avon from me and Austins friends with her eldest son. So its pretty awsome that she hired me on the spot when I offered to do it.
Avon is doing well I've built up a regular customer base where every other campange (brochure) I do exceptionally well. When during the off weeks that I do rather poorly. So hopefully this extra money from cleaning will help during those off campanges while my novels in the process of being printed and stuff. Come to think of it i should get ahold of my editor and see if they've got the editing done...I have till September 1st to get the edits done but I'd like to have the book printed ASAP so that I can hit the pavement running and start adveritizing. I'm gunna have to get a suit...which I thought I'd never have do, get my hair done and get professional pictures done (eeeewwww.) I hate my picture being taken but it must be done if I'm to find my fame and fortune with this author business.
And a thank you to all those people out there that said i could do it. Thank you all very much I love you and your support is what has kept me going. Oh I'm taking orders for the book already so that i can order them or I can give you the site where you can purchase it when its time. Love you all to peices and thanks again!
