The Road

Simply put, I loved this film. That being said, if you didn't read the book, I
think alot of it will be lost and that is why its gotten lukewarm reviews. That
and the bleak and depressing storyline of course.
I saw it with my dad and there were points in the film where we looked at
each other with tears in our eyes and to me that is why The Road is one
of my favorite books. I remember finishing it and immediately calling my
father and thanking him for making me the man I am today.
It's no an easy film to enjoy, but to those out there who love McCarthy
the way I do, I think you will not be dissapointed.
