I was supposed to work from 5am-2pm today, but Panera decided they didn't REALLY need me for nine motherfucking hours, so they sent me home at 12. I GUESS it means losing hours, but I am SO FUCKING HAPPY about this decision I could cry. My two days off are going to be epic. It's kind of lame that Jackie is coming back the day that I go back to work, but still! EPIC NAPTIMES. Except maybe not, because OF COURSE the 32oz of coffee I had today is just kicking in NOW. Hence the capslock.
Also, I would like to say that even though it is responsible for the disappearance of my debit card (since it's the last thing I purchased), my Okkervil River hoodie is quite possibly the best item of clothing I've bought all year. I entirely plan to live in it this fall, especially since a) all but my Kings of Leon hoodie are forever lost to Brooklyn and b) my Kings of Leon hoodie smells constantly of menthols and Dr. Pepper so it's KIND OF disgusting to wear in public.
