"Nobody's pool is *that* dirty."

Is there really ANYTHING to say except why is this man not my husband? Unghhh.

Secondly, I finally managed to catch up yesterday afternoon, so:

I'm not sure if this episode was supposed to be hilarious as I found it, and that slightly concerns me. There were the definitely-funny absurd moments like Sandra, Mr. Muggles, and the sandwich, but was I supposed to crack up THAT MUCH from the cheesy flashback music, Matt & Peter's mind-controlling faces, or the very existence of baby!Sylar? I don't know. Regardless, the episode was pretty great. Claire and Sandra were fucking awesome and I loved them. I am a lot less in like with Alex since the last episode due to his continued ignorance and the way he suddenly started perving on Claire after he said they "barely made eye contact." Poor Claire needs to start going with girls because her chemistry with boys is so non-existence and I can't blame Hayden. Stupid show getting rid of Claire/Elle potential; come onnnnnn! Still, the "we're having sex" moment was pretty classic.

Matt and Peter sort of pissed me off, making this whole goddamn thing about SAVING DAPHNE instead of, I don't know, the WORLD or even MOHINDER. Really, show, with all the fan-pandering, you haven't noticed that we really don't appreciate Daphne all of this being about some girl who had minimal contact with the rest of our heroes? Peter's a fuckin' sap, but really? Their whole mind-warp thing ws entertaining, but I found this a bit disturbing:
Peter: I love doin' that.
Matt: Riiiight?
On a related note, PETRELLIS. Angela is up to something, but she and Nathan were wonderful and OH PETER. I love that he had this whole plot to break in, but that escape ultimately depended on him touching his brother again. I am in love. Nathan fuckin' saved him again and it was beautiful, and... ungh. I fucking loved Peter's sulky, little-brother-esque "'cause you loved me" followed by the hug of betrayal. And: Nathan is having doubts, guys. I can't tell how I feel about that. On the one hand, it means we might get him back without death, and it means that somewhere inside him is a sane man, but then - well, but then, wouldn't it be nice to have Nathan be consistent for once, and for all of this to fall on him instead of, the way it seems to be going, on Danko. Whatever. I say it every week, but: Adrian Pasdar, guys.

I'm a little disappointed with Sylar's storyline, but I suppose if it works for "Dexter" then it can work for him. The flashbacks looked ridiculous, but Sylar and Luke were wonderful. Poor Luke; that wannabe psycho breaks my heart. "We don't need anyone" & the cigarette burns, and, man, someone badtouched that poor kid: "Not remembering all the bad crap that happens to you when you're a kid..." I am sad to see him go, but I am ecstatic that Sylar did not kill him. It's not only character development but show development. Also, hee:
Luke: Why are you doing this to me?
Sylar: Because you're here and I need to express my feelings.

adrian pasdar, hayden is my hero, tv: totally my hero, watching my tv or is it watching me?, ryan motherfucking gosling, milo ruins my life
