Dos: Anything really, she's an android so there's not much to fourth wall. Though Andrew would at most only know of the first generation since the second of Vocaloid2 wasn't until 2007.

Fandom: Saint Seiya
Dos: Anything, I don't mind the fourth walling (if Andrew really can do it) and Ikki has other things to worry about.
Don'ts: Since he's from the most recent series there's no worry about spoilers or whatever... At most it would be him spoilering Andrew XDDD So nothing in special here.

Fandom: Higurashi no Naku Koro ni (by 2004 at least 5 VNs had been released, though I don't know if Andrew could know about this)
Dos: If he can do it, no problems with me. Fourth walling wouldn't be the worst thing for Keiichi to live.
Don'ts: He's from the end of the canon so there's no problem about spoilers.
My other two chars can't apply in anyway. Katekyo Hitman Reborn (Mammon) didn't start until 2007 and One Piece started in 1999 but Boa didn't appear until recently so he wouldn't even know who she is.

Fandom: Saiyuki Gaiden (The first Saiyuki series started on 1997 and ended on 2002, Saiyuki Reload the second series started on on 2002 and ended on 2009 so Andrew will know it as an ongoing series. Saiyuki Gaiden, the one Goku's from started on 1999 and ended on 2009, so Andrew will know it as an ongoing series again)
Brief Summary of Fandom: Saiyuki is a re-tale of the classic novel Journey to the West with a few twists. Saiyuki Gaiden more specifically is setted 500 years before the original series and relates Goku's life in Heavens before he was imprisoned for 500 years with all his memories locked except for his name, time after which Genjyo Sanzo found him and took him in. Four years from that encounter and having met Cho Hakkai and Sha Gojyo, two youkai (or demons -though Gojyo is only half youkai and Hakkai is a human who turned into a youkai after killing one thousand of them-), Sanzo receives the mission of traveling from China to India to stop the resurrection of the King of Youkais. The travel isn't as easy as going in a straight line.
Can he recognize them: As I said, only the name should have Andrew on his toes, specially if he goes around making Dragon Ball references, even if this Goku isn't that one.
Dos: Anything, from the time Andrew is he can't know that Goku's friends die even if he can suspect it and Goku's worked out in his mind that his friends changed their names to Sanzo, Gojyo and Hakkai so unless Andrew goes and negates that it will be okay.
