Turtle!
Todd got me a turtle for my birthday! Actually, he almost stepped on a turtle today and decided to bring it home with him. It is so cute! We're pretty sure it's a painted turtle. We need to do some more research so we can hopefully take care of him and keep him for awhile. He's less than 2 inches in diameter, just a little guy (if Todd had stepped on him, he probably would have died!). The websites I've seen said he'll grow up to 10 inches or so, which is pretty big. Maybe someday we can have a little "pond" (baby pool) outside for him. I hope we can figure out how to take care of him, it's so cool to have a turtle!
