this article today that was so similar in sentiment to an article
I posted about here not long ago, by Carlos Monteiro-that it's more than what foods people eat that makes the Mediterranean diet a healthful lifestyle-that I thought it might have been the same author. It isn't. This one is by Georgianna Donadio. I think it's no accident that Slow Food started as an Italian movement. (They had to atone for also coming up with Futurist food.)
