Is it 9 pm yet !?!?!?!?
I am probably one of the few people anywhere in the world right now that hasn't seen the second half of Season 3 of SGA. It has been a long, long, long, long, long time since I've seen a new episode. It's been almost as long since I've seen any episode of SGA, especially Season 3 since Sci Fi doesn't repeat them, and aside from the marathon they showed yesterday while I WAS AT WORK, if they do repeat it's from Season 1. WHY????? Why didn't they show it during prime time last night????? Because I couldn't go without seeing Kaw for the second time in a week??????
I am beyond boggled by their scheduling department. At least tonight I get to watch a new ep, even if I have to barricade myself in the bedroom to keep the kids out to do it.
On other fronts, progress is being made on the Cabin Fever fic. I got distracted by the slash (it happens, what can I say?) and a challenge over at sga flashfic. But I have been making progress although I've been a weeeeeee bit obsessive about some of the multimedia items that will be included which is slowing me down some. But I'm plugging on.
I was also delayed by taxes. Sigh. I have **NEVER** filed so late in my life. Stupid German inlaws with their stupid German mutual funds they gave us and then closed out this year and the stupid German bank's even stupider paperwork that tells me FUCKING nothing that I need to know. I swear, as nice as it is to have a little extra cash, I would have been happier without the headache it has caused.
Okay, I'm going to go breathe now and wait until it's time for Stargate.
