santiago de compostela weather has a neat trick. it covers the sky with grey grey dark clouds. it would only make sense that rain would be falling. but then you realize that the sun is out. but when you look for the sun, it becomes clear that the sun is not actually out. but somehow a brilliance is retained underneath the dark dark grey clouds.
