retrospective on a boring weekend.

i wonder why the weekend was so boring?? it had all the posibilities to be cool: it was warm out, i just got paid, my friend wanted to go kayaking. but then she didn't call me, and i ate some ice cream, and it was hotttt instead of warm. i don't know, i just turned into a slug, decided i needed to bake a pie NOW and then ate it and felt like shit. although there was better off dead watching, some people just don't apprectiate it as much as i wanted them too. there are a lot of things like that, which worry me. hm. but i did go in the pool. i guess it was just disapointing time off, and that's the worst kind of disapointment.
kate is coming up next weekend, at least she said so, we'll see if she does. we're going to see the lipizzaner horses jump in the air, maybe go to a winery and downtown. next weekend will be exciting, damnit. even if she doesn't come up, i vow to not regret my weekend on monday!
