Conjunction colors (astronomy)
Today's APOD has a photograph showing the trails of Saturn, Mars & Spica:

What's cool (to me) is that you can actually see the colors that you can plainly see with your eyes but that are hard to explain. "Oh, Mars has a reddish hue," doesn't really capture it (I think this shows what someone I know says - that Mars is a pumpkin color).
