Lost & Found
Okay so if you've read my personal journal (princess_loser ), my twitter account, my facebook account, or my blog, then you probably know that I sent my laptop to the manufacturer to get my web cam fixed/replaced. You may also know that after it was replaced, the hard drive failed. The manufacturer told me that they had to replace the hard drive, which I agreed to (after the situation was explained). The hard drive being replaced means the following for this journal:
- No icons or picspams made, but not posted should be affected (I posted the ones on that hard drive already, and the newer ones are on another hard drive.)
- Most screen captures made prior to sending the laptop for repairs will not be affected
- Most pictures that I use for graphics, though, are probably gone, so non-screen cap graphics may not be made for a while. (I have to rebuild my celeb & stock pic stash.)
- Most textures, brushes, gradients are gone
- Selective colour settings I had saved will be gone, as will any actions that I might have used.
- I may have lost my Paint Shop Pro X2 CD, so I might not be able to make them on that anymore. (Hopefully, the disk is with my desktop.) I will reinstall GIMP and Photoshop CS2.
