Icon Tutorial #1

 This is kind of a quick tutorial of how I did the Gossip Girl: 4x12 & Buffy: 3x16 icons.  This is a Photoshop tutorial & is not translatable.

1.  Crop the image.
2. Copy the base.
3. Paste the duplicated base.  Set it at 60% Screen.
4. Make a Curves layer:
   • RGB: 169, 206
   • Red: 166, 197
   • Green: 187, 200
   • Blue: 184, 195
5. Make a Selective Color layer:
   • Neutrals: 18, 39, 53, -24
6. Make a 2nd Curves layer:
   • RGB:
     • point 1: 26,1
     • point 2: 227, 239
     • point 3: 252, 255
7. Make a 2nd Selective Color layer:
   • Reds: -27, 0, -18, 39
   • Yellows: 100, -74, 50, -26
   • Neutrals: 0, 4, 0, 31
8. Make a Hue/Sat layer:
   • Sat: -5
9. Paste another copy of the base; set at Multiply 12%

If it doesn't look quite right, you might want to add another copy of the base on the very top.  Either set it on Multiply or Screen and adjust the opacity as needed.
