Magneto
Billy met his grandfather recently in New York City, and went with him and the Young Avengers to Transia in search of his mother, the Scarlet Witch. In Siren's Port, Magneto invited Billy to stay with him and Jubilee after hallucinations from poisoned Halloween candy were freaking Billy out. He knows that Magneto is bad news for some people, but that doesn't stop Billy from basically trusting him without compunction. He's got a thing about family members like that.
Teddy Altman
Totally Billy's boyfriend. They met through the Young Avengers, back when it was just the two of them, Patriot and Iron Lad, and have shared a very close relationship since. In Siren's Port, Billy and Magneto both invited Teddy to come live with them, and Teddy's presence makes up in large part for Billy missing the rest of his friends and family. Teddy's one of the few people who knows that Billy's power is acting up lately, and has encouraged him to seek help from his grandfather to deal with it.
Jubilee
Billy is currently sharing a house with her and Magneto and knows that she is a mutant and an X-Man, which he thinks is pretty cool. Actually, he thinks she's pretty cool. She warned him about some of the dangerous elements of Siren's Port, and he knows to take her seriously, especially after she's been kidnapped by the Joker.
Jinx
The self-proclaimed ex-supervillain. After a drunken conversation at the Halloween party, Billy knows a few things about Jinx's tragic past, but he still thinks she's a pretty cool person. Uncontrollable powers is something they have in common, after all. Recently, he went with Jinx's group to rescue Claudio from the hunting grounds.
Claudio Kilgannon
One of Jinx's roommates. He and Billy only talked once before Claudio was kidnapped by slave takers, but Billy felt an immediate liking for him and didn't hesitate to join in the effort to rescue him.
Terrance Ward (Trauma)
One of the first people Billy spoke to when he arrived in Siren's Port, and part of the team that went to rescue Claudio. They're mostly just acquaintances now, but Billy sees in him the potential for a friend.
Amalthea/Unicorn
She's a unicorn. No, seriously, a unicorn. Like, with the horn and everything. She seems not to think much of humans, but Billy admires her and worries that she might be lonely.

Claire Bennet
An all-around cool girl with a weirdly named dog. Initially he saw her being attacked by the Scarecrow, then later met her at the Halloween party, and they seem to be rapidly becoming friends. He likes her spunk but worries about her well-being. Seeing her arm being ripped off and then regenerating when she was attacked by Darkness creatures is an image that won't soon be erased from Billy's brain.
