it's crazy not to be in nashville anymore. i miss all you crazy belmont kids and i expect replies to this post so i know what's been going on up there!
florida is treating me pretty well so far. seeing gary everyday is wonderful. we don't really have a lot of time to spend together because we're both working odd schedules. but every minute we do get together is great. after being apart for so long, we value all of our together time so much.
i got a job where i have to wear man clothes. i have learned to tie a tie and iron creases in my khakis and dress shirt. my place of employment? carrabba's. i am a 'carrabbamico'. evryone there is awesome and it's a great place to make some fast money, which is my goal so i can get set up and back to school.
when i'm not working, i generally go to work with gary if i have time. there, i watch movies. want to see something and worndering how it was? ask me, because i've most likely seen it.
it's so great being on my own. it's very scary because of the financial struggle, but being able to make my own decisions is awesome.
there is an ice cream man with his musical truck who rides around the neighborhood. in january, i went outside, barefoot, with gary, and bought ice cream from the ice cream man. so crazy. this no seasons stuff is so new to me but i like it. i'll eat my words in july, i'm sure, when i roast.
i have made a few friends. we're trying to find a nice enough day to go to the beach. it's been 'unseasonably cold' here, meaning it's a high of, like, 60. haha.
i am wondering about everyone else, though. all you that i haven't seen or heard from since i left school...what's up?
