I think that I should be hanged for my terrible lack of posting... Anyone agree?
Alright, shut up, I know that nobody reads this, and that it really doesn't matter, but I figure I should document my life somehow- might help it to not unravel so quickly that I can't get a hold on it.
I don't even remember when I last updated, but I know that it was definitely before Christmas, so perhaps I'll start there. :)
Christmas brought with it... some interesting times, to say the least. I got a new laptop, whom I have affectionately named Nellie (after Mrs. Lovett) as well as a (hellz yeah) razor prop replica that may never see the light of the outside day, mostly because I'll get arrested, no doubt, should it show its face outside of the house. ^^
What else happened over Christmas break? I had a mental breakdown (just a small one, which was nice) over piano and ten other things, but that has since been resolved (for the most part) and that's good. I had hot chocolate (which I spilled all over myself- good thing it was cold) with Bri which totally made my second week, plus I spent some time down at the studio, which also made my life happy!
OH! I almost forgot! For our music projects (for vocal) we were assigned a show or artist. I happened to get 'Putting It Together', which is a Sondheim (!) review. DID I MENTION THAT GEORGE HEARN IS IN IT?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?! *die* So anyway, we get to perform a song from it, and I believe mine is 'Old Friends' as of the moment, which is a song I adore from 'Merrily We Roll Along'. :D
Seussical rehearsals have started, and they're absolutely to die for! I can't believe I didn't want to do this show... ! The performances are on the 13th (that's a FRIDAY, yo!), 14th (that's VALENTINE'S DAY, yo!) and the 15th (that's the day AFTER Valentine's Day, yo!), plus on the 13th I get to miss the day because we've got a 9:30 AM performance at a school. I might just go back for drama, though, because that's how I roll. :)
Got some friend issues that I need to work out right at the moment, but other than that, everything is funfunfun! Well, except for school work, but that's a given bore right there, so... :D
