Come into my life, said I to my fellow LJians...

Kayla, 15/16, Anchorage AK.

The 29th of August is my birthday, so what better to do than run around taking pictures of my day? I went to H2Oasis (an indoor waterpark) with 3 friends, and then to a resturant for dinner.

Here you will encounter wet hair, obligatory dog pics, blatant advertising (oops), minor fangirlism, as well as an odd cloud, in 48 pictures total.

New friends are always welcome! I don't bite. =)

Gooood morning Alaska! I'm wasn't as groggy as I usually am when I wake up, probably because I didn't have Dad pestering me and a dog climbing on me.

Speaking of that, I walk out onto the upstairs landing and there they are, Dad and Rosey Bob. We talk for a minute (mostly about how I slept), then I...

...walk into the bathroom, snap a shot of my bedhead (and my lovely camera).and...

...jump into MR. SHOWER!!!!11 Yay for smiling shower curtains! Yay for lavender shampoo!

Outfit for the day. The jeans have glue stains on them, but I don't care.

Brushidy brushidy brusha brusha brush dem teeth. Also, isn't my shirt pretty?

Get that retainer nice and squeaky clean too!

Breakfast is Cheerios (so cheery!), grape juice, apple/peach/passionfruit juice, and two vitamins (unpictured).

Turn on the TV, and it's the Ted Kennedy funeral. That's too depressing for such a great day (I'll show you how great soon) so I switch to...

MONK! I love love love this show. Too bad it's ending this season.

When i finish breakfast, I take this shot (if you can't see it properly, its 9:27).

Surf LJ some, then...

Psych comes on! I love this show too. =)

More LJ, this time 2_lines and another time check. 10:37 it be at this point.

Playin' some Runescape.

Browse Youtube some. This commercial is so cute!

Then my brother and his nephew Jordan come downstairs to eat breakfast. That's Dad with his head in the fridge.

I get bored with the computer and go over to the couch to play my DS, but Dad insists on taking a pic of me and my pup. Before he does he poses for me.

Rosey's such a good girl, but she just doesn't understand why we're pointing a camera at her, or why she has to sit still. Hence, the yawn and pearly chompers.

My new game, Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia. Excellent game, awesome series.

12:32, and Wildest Videos or some such is on... (Yes, that boat is about to crash.) I call my friends, then fart around a bit more until it's time to PARTAY, BABY!

Or not. First we have to pick up my friends, of course. Time check!

On the road. First, beautiful day, is it not? Second, although it doesn't look like it, we do actually live in Anchorage itself, just in a rather underdeveloped area (most of the area to the left in the pic is owned by the airport).

First we pick up Michael, because he's closer (other than Holly, but she's being dropped off at H2Oasis itself). This is his dad's house, which is HUGE. 3 stories, you just can't see it because it's built into a hill.

On the way to Andrews, we come across this Transformers window sticker. Cute.

And then across town to Andrew's.

Andrew. I would have taken one of Michael too, but he sat behind me, so no pic until a little later.

At this point we arrive at H2Oasis, meet up with Holly, and go swim. Obviously I couldn't bring my camera with me in the water, but suffice to say we had fun. The Master Blaster was terrifying and exhilarating at the same time. 3 hours later:

Holly with her gorgeous (natural) red hair, watching a cut scene to that new Final Fantasy game, i'm sooooo jealous. =) In a good way.

Michael fiddling with his phone.

Here comes Andrew. BTW, there were so many bunnies around the building. I think someone let a pair go and they just multiplied. They're so cute, but someone is going to run them over one day. T_T

Group shot! Hi, guys!

Dad comes around to pick us up and take us to Friday's.

Eh-heh, forgot to take a pic of dinner, but I had ribs, Michael had chicken strips, Holly had a burger, and Andrew had soup w/ breadsticks.

Somehow, they figured out it was my birthday, so they brought us two sundaes, one of which Holly and Andrew shared, and the other which I had. Michael didn't want a sundae. Holly went nom nom on that ice cream.

Michael's hair is still wet, haha.

Then Andrew insisted on me documenting his 'plotting no good' pose.

The brother comes to pick us up, and on the way to drop off Andrew, I see this weird cloud formation.

Dropping off Holly.

Once home, a time check. Wow, time flew by, eh?

I take a look at my loot on the kitchen table.

Ahaha, very funny Andrew... If you can't read it, it says "Happy Sweet Sixteen! You're one year closer..."

From Holly, pencils, and from Michael, a sketch book.

From Andrew, a necklace that changes color like a mood ring.

I get ready for bed, brush my teeth, and take my absolutely essential meds - the ones that make me, y'know, not be a homicidal maniac the next morning. Okay, maybe that's a stretch, but I'm quite snappy without them, I assure you.

Final time check.

G'night... Alaska.... *snore*
