I HAVE WRITER'S BLOCK. I decided to attempt the drabble meme to see if it could kick me back into action, and it may have worked. I cheated though-I listened to each song a couple of times and totally edited them a little bit after. But shh! The important thing is that I wrote something, right??

06. This is so adorable it physically hurts. I think you know by now how infatuated I am with Noel and Alison and their friendship/romance, and this encompassed what I love the most about it, which is that vulnerable side of Alison when she's around him and the way Noel is fucked up and scarred in his own way (a way that's not so different from hers) yet he's still protective of her and they both love and help each other through the mess. AND HE GIVES HER HIS CAPE. ♥
07. Can I just say: HNNNG. I knew I had a good reason to get excited over this one when I read the pairing (is it a pairing when it's more than two people? What's the word for that?), and it totally lived up to the expectations. You found a great way around the fact that Noel and Kate probably wouldn't get along at all, by turning it into this childhood sort of love, with annoying the person you want until the person notices you properly. It's really fitting of both Noel's and Kate's personalities, with their childish whims and ways. And the end, the fucking end, with Alison being a bit clueless and sheepish and Noel being such a rubbish flirt and Kate being her usual seductive self, and just HNNNNNNG.
08. I would do most anything to be part of this orgy. Honestly. If I had to pick one orgy to be part of in the world, this would probably be it. I started giggling every time you mentioned someone I wasn't expecting (SIMON! YOU PUT SIMON IN THERE! The thought of Simon in an orgy makes me way happier than it has any right to.) and yet I'm impressed by how well you captured the feel of an orgy, which I know sounds weird (oh, gosh, it sounds like I'm an orgy expert or something, talking like that), but it's just that you could make it not about the ridiculous amounts of hot sex, but about a bunch of people being together and how they're divided in the combinations that suit them best and how everyone is sleeping peacefully and how this is some sort of a habit, or at least something that happened a few times, and. /sigh
09. Oooh, I really like how you played with the similarities and contrasts between Alison/Jamie and Noel/Julian and how part of what draws Alison and Noel together is the need to make up for things that are lacking in the rest of their love lives. I would definitely enjoy reading more of this (of anything and everything involved in all these drabbles, really, but w/e), because I think the juxtaposition of parallels has a lot of potential.
10. Definitely one of my favorites, unbelievably hot (scratch that. Not unbelievably. There's no way I wouldn't believe that an Alison/Jamie/Jack threesome written by you would be hot), and I wish I could comment properly on it but all I have to say is: please follow your instincts and write more of it? I'm happy to exchange love and affection and cookies for more. We can strike a deal or something.
And now I'm pretty sure the amount/size of comments I've been leaving you is starting to cross the border over to creeper territory, because, seriously, HUGE COMMENT IS HUGE.

08 - I KNOW RIGHT. Me too. And I just had to include Simon. I seem to have this rule where if I can randomly insert Simon Amstell into a fic and still have it make some sort of sense, then I will. I love him so much. And he would be HILARIOUS during an orgy. ♥ But anyway, yeah, this is one that I was actually a bit anxious about because I didn't want it to come across TOO cracky, I wanted it to be sort of sweet and genuine underneath the weirdness of it all, so I'm glad that came across.
09 - oooh, I'm so glad you're interested in that too. I was getting back into Noel/Julian recently and gradually started noticing all these Alison/Jamie parallels. Like how Julian and Jamie are both significantly older and more sort of restrained with their love for Noel and Alison, and they're the ones who've gone off and started Serious Relationships (had kids, gotten married). AND how they both have creative relationships which bend the rules slightly, in that it's okay to let the sexual tension out while "performing" (Noel and Julian making out as characters in the Boosh, Alison and Jamie's stage-sex etc) but it's generally not allowed to go any further. I am seriously so fascinated by how similar the dynamic is, ESPECIALLY given Alison and Noel's friendship - like it just makes so much sense to me that they could find comfort in the fact that they're both in similar circumstances. I don't know how else to expand on it in fic but I really want to.
10 - yay! I'm definitely going to keep thinking about this one, I've been wanting to write an Alison/Jamie/Jack threesome for SO LONG now.
