[#12] folds of sheets, clean and white, rough and ripple like wings in flight

More retro gay porn! In this batch, there's some guys who were paired up once already for a different set, which I find kind of cute. Maybe they were a couple.

Also I'm posting this super quickly just before like half of my extended family arrives for a visit (AWKWARD) so, apologies if I've screwed up some HTML or something.

Lol, well, I wouldn't say I hate Keira. I get why you like her. I do frequently find her very irritating, but I actually think she seems like a nice person, and in the right role, she's quite a good actress, plus I've also sensed quite a lot of genuine vulnerability and unhappiness from her recently which I can't help but respond to. The first few years of her fame, though, I literally couldn't stand her, and I personally think she was a lot more precocious in a really unattractive way when she was younger and very overly-aware of her own attractiveness. She's obviously matured. Funnily enough, when Emma Watson was younger, I used to think "oh god, she's the next Keira Knightley" because she was such a precocious, obnoxious brat in the early HP years. Well now, she's turned into the version of Keira I hated, and Keira has become someone I kind of like!

Last Night - yeah, the synopsis is really vague, but that's cos it's kind of one of those films where nothing much happens, you know? Like the way you wouldn't be able to describe Lost In Translation or Interview (also good) or a film like that. I think Eva Mendes and the other actor who I can't remember weren't very good. Very bland. But Keira was actually good, and the main reason the film worked was because Guillaume Canet carried it. (He's the guy from Love Me If You Dare). He was very compelling. If you're a fan of Keira it's worth giving a try anyway, although I found her super-settled-into-marriage lifestyle a bit hard to believe seeing as she's 25 but maybe her character was older.

I guess I can sort of see why people would find her irritating, but idk. It's weird actually - when the first Pirates of the Caribbean movie came out, one of my two best friends had a crush on Orlando Bloom and the other had a crush on Johnny Depp, and they were like "you have to start fancying Keira Knightley now to round things out!" as a joke, and then somehow it was like the power of suggestion or something because I've loved her ever since then, but find it difficult to explain why. XD

I will add it to my list! Thanks for the suggestion even if you weren't so sure about it yourself. I did think Guillaume Canet was really good in Love Me If You Dare - I don't think I've seen him in anything else so I'm interested to.

Lol, it's all your friends' faults! No, I do quite like her now, it's just the habits she has when she's acting and the fact that she was so bad at being Lizzie in P&P that annoy me now, but as a person, she seems nice. She's kind of one of those people I don't technically like and yet I'm interested in her, if you get what I mean? I'm like that about Natalie Portman - about five years ago I had a total girl crush on her, but after a while I started finding her incredibly pretentious, overrated and actually a bit ignorant, and it drives me crazy when people get reputations as super intelligent just because they know a few big words and are privileged. And yet, I'm still interested in her almost against my will. I dunno, it's weird.

Yeah, Guillaume is great - he has lovely smiley eyes in Last Night, but kind of sad at the same time. He's very understated and you believe he loves Keira. He and Marion Cotillard just had a baby which makes me squee so hard! Lol - feel free to ask for recs or to offer them. Usually I have to worry that people will look at the subject matter of my recs and start wondering if I'm quite all there!
