(no subject)
recent happenings that have made me very happy:
-going home and seeing friends
-seeing incubus live, holy shit
-having chrisanne, sammi, veronika and ashley stay at my house down here
-my dad giving mark and i his civic (stickshift) because he is replacing it with a 2005 VW golf GTI (also a stickshift- so badass)
-discovering all my old favorite bands on pandora (nofx, goldfinger, reel big fish, streetlight manifesto, less than jake, rancid, catch22)
-pot luck dinners every tuesday night with my friends from down here
-the fact that there is a meteor shower tonight between 12-5am, and that i'm going to stay up to watch it
-seeing the movies howl's moving castle and 500 days of summer
-only having 2 more weeks of work and then 2 weeks to do whatever i want before school starts
-going to my thesis advisor's house to pick up a couple of books- she has such a cute dog, and she's such a hippie
there are probably more things, but i am a very happy camper lately :)
