Okay, first tutorial. Weird.

Going from this:
to this:

Translatable?: NO (Made with PS7)
Involves: Colour Balance, Selective Colouring, Channel Mixer
PSD File: YES
Comments: Works best (maybe only) on images with a lot of blue

1. Duplicate the base and set to Screen at %100

2. Create a new layer, fill it with #FFF1A1 and set it to Colour Burn at %100

3. Colour Balance:
Midtones, +49, +21, -84

4. Colour Balance:
Midtones, +50, 0, -25

5. Channel Mixer
Red, +100, 0, 0
Green, 0, +100, +10
Blue, 0, 0, +100

6. Selective Colouring
Reds, -51, 0, 0, 0
Yellows, -29, 0, +17, 0
Neutrals, -20, 0, -20, 0

7. Brightness/Contrast
Brightness, 0
Contrast, +10

Remember, you don't have to follow the tut exactly, mess around with the settings/opacities and number of screen levels, lol.
